2. MARY IMMACULATE HOSPITAL

History :  The long awaited dream of the Father Founder, Bishop Louis LaRavoire Morrow  to have a place for the sick and suffering as part of SMI apostolate was realized when Mary Immaculate Hospital was built. On 16th March 1970 four SMI sisters came to stay in Clinic. The inaugaration and blessing of the Hospital took place on the 18th of April 1970. The dental department began in 1973. The outdoor section of the hospital caters to all types of patients without distinction of caste and creed, rich and poor in order to bring the good news of Christ’s love and compassion. The indoor facility is for maternity and paediatric patients. The hospital capacity is 40.
